Hi, I’m Dan.

RE Investment Coach // Realtor // Poet // Human

I am a living example of what is possible to take super calculated and smart risks. I believe we all have the power to make our money work for us.

At the age of 19, I began asking my parents friends what their 'biggest regrets' were -and many of them said they wished they had invested in real estate sooner - as they underestimated the relationship between time and real estate.

I found myself purchasing real estate books and reading anything I could get my hands on. At the age of 21, I purchased my first investment property. By the age of 30, I had 7 properties, 14 unit’s total. I realized my journey towards financial freedom was something I wanted to share with others, so I became a Realtor.

I've made many mistakes over the past 10+ years, and I've learned a lot.

My Real Estate Investing Journey

I've been buying and selling Real Estate for 10+ years. I've made mistakes and learned valuable lessons -- and it’s rewarding to guide others through these obstacles. I'm passionate about Real-Estate and Southwestern Ontario, a place I've lived and loved for my entire life. If you work with me, what you can expect is someone who not only shows up day in and day out with insight, honesty and genuine care -- but someone who has vast first-hand knowledge of the Real-Estate world in Ontario. I always put my clients first, and I can guarantee you nobody will work harder for you than I will.

On a personal note…

I believe in humanity.
I believe that consciousness is a gift.
I believe my purpose is to explore the 'human experience', honor my authenticity, and inspire others along the way.

I believe the 'past' is for learning, the 'present' is for living, and the 'future' is for imagining.
I believe in a world of infinite possibilities and cultivating conversation.
I believe in sharing my gifts.

I believe in evolving my intellectual wisdom (mind), physical wisdom (body), and emotional wisdom (soul).
I believe growth is achieved by constantly placing oneself into vulnerable experiments.
I believe with great discomfort comes great learning.
